The Alcoa City Center is an adaptive reuse of the former Charles M. Hall School on a total of 16 acres located on Hall Road in Alcoa, Tn. The 55,000 sq ft facility will be available for office use while the remaining acreage will be master planned to include the option of office, restaurant, retail, or office/warehouse space on a build-to-suit basis. Newly constructed facilities will be designed to reflect architectural elements of the original school, giving the site an overall campus-like atmosphere.

Originally constructed by Alcoa, Inc. in 1926, as the Charles M. Hall School, later renamed the Alcoa Middle School; this well built one level structure housed the education of over fifty percent of Alcoa’s residents.

The Alcoa City Center is conveniently located 2.5 miles from the Knoxville Metropolitan Airport, and .4 miles Springbrook Corporate Center, and all area Industrial Parks. The University of Tennessee is only 12 miles away. Maryville College is 2 miles away from the Center on the main route to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

The Center is accessible to all major business areas of the county by four lane city and county roads. All the resources your business need are available, high speed internet service, all delivery and shipping services, a variety of restaurants, hotels, several banks, city schools, childcare services, as well as easy access to Interstate 140 connecting to Interstates 75 and 40.
